Three skaters representing the Norfolk-Norwood Figure Skating Club recently won medals at The Empire State Games in Lake Placid.
Madysen Michaud, 12, Norwood, received a gold medal in the “Pre-Preliminary Test Track Freeskate” competition. She is the daughter of Lisa Gravlin and Mark Michaud. She is coached by Kat LaVigne.
Coryn Young, 13, Norwood, earned a silver medal in “Preliminary Test Track Freeskate” competition. She is the daughter of Tonya and Chad Young. Young is coached by Kat LaVigne.
Alexis Mossow, 13, Norfolk, was awarded a silver medal in “Preliminary Test Track Freeskate” competition. Alexis is the daughter of Amy and Stewart Mossow. She is coached by Michael Bartow.
