MADRID – A personal-injury accident involving drivers from Waddington and Gouverneur injured three people at the intersection of County Routes 31 and 14 on Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
Troopers say vehicles driven by Matthew D. Bell, 23, Waddington and Donna N. Wells, 62, Gouverneur, were the drivers involved in the crash around 4:30 p.m.
Three people were reportedly injured but police did not provide details. A witness said two people from a car and one from a van were hurt.
Officers said they closed their investigation.
