MASSENA -- The third teen arrested in connection with vandalism at Massena High School was charged with misdemeanor third-degree criminal trespass.
Due to an erroneous report from Massena village police, North Country Now on Wednesday published a story incorrectly stating the teen, who police are not identifying due to his age, was charged Friday afternoon with felony third-degree criminal mischief.
District Attorney Gary Pasqua has previously said state law allows them to withhold the suspect's name.
Massena police Chief Adam Love said their vandalism investigation continues.
