POTSDAM – A third person has been arrested on charges of robbery and conspiracy in connection with a convenience store robbery in the village Nov. 13.
Police charged Nichole Meunier, 26, Potsdam, with second-degree robbery: aided by another, and fourth-degree conspiracy after she showed up at the police station Tuesday in response to an arrest warrant.
Meunier’s alleged co-conspirators, Kyle Neuroth and Ronald Freeman, were arrested Nov. 22 in connection with the robbery of a customer at the Sunoco convenience store on Market Street.
According to police, Neuroth, who is an employee of the store, Freeman, and Meunier observed the victim paying for items in the store with a large sum of money. After the victim left the store, the three discussed how to rob him, and carried it out moments later in the parking lot, police report.
Meunier was arraigned before Judge Mason in Potsdam Town Court and released under the supervision of probation.
Meunier was ordered to appear in Potsdam Village Court on Jan. 4.
