POTSDAM – A Potsdam man allegedly resisting arrest after a domestic dispute was subdued with a Taser before being taken into custody Thursday.
Kevin P. Hotte, 53, 397 Barker Rd., was charged with felony counts of criminal contempt of an order of protection and criminal mischief in the dispute with his wife. He was also charged with resisting arrest after he refused to comply with orders from St. Lawrence County deputies.
Hotte was arraigned in Town of Potsdam Court before Justice James Mason and was sent to the county correctional facility on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond, with further proceedings at a later date.
