POTSDAM -- PACES Dining Services, which provides food and other services to the SUNY Potsdam community, has received the number one ranking in the Student Opinion Survey (SOS) Project.
The survey, completed in the spring of 2012 compared SUNY Potsdam to 26 other state operated educational institutions.
George Arnold, Director of Dining Service, credits assessment as the critical tool that led to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
PACES Dining Service participates in national benchmarking and longitudinal studies as well as the SOS Survey Project.
