SUNY Potsdam opens registration for summer session courses

POTSDAM – SUNY Potsdam has opened registration for its summer session courses.

A wide range of more than 160 undergraduate and graduate classes in six different sessions are between three and 12 weeks in length.

Students can fulfill general education requirements, try something new, travel abroad, study online, or complete an academic internship over summer break.

Courses are offered on the SUNY Potsdam campus, at Jefferson Community College in Watertown, online or in hybrid format. Summer study is open to visiting students from other institutions as well as qualified high school seniors and juniors.

Housing and meal plans are available for those who wish to stay on campus. Financial aid is available for qualified part- and full-time SUNY Potsdam undergraduate and graduate students.

The 2011 Summer Session schedule is as follows:

• Session 1: May 25 to July 1 (six-week session)

• Session 1A: May 25 to June 13 (three-week session)

• Session 1B: June 15 to July 1 (three-week session)

• Session 2: July 6 to Aug. 10 (six-week session)

• Session 2C: July 6 to July 22 (three-week session)

• Session 2D: July 25 to Aug. 10 (three-week session)
