Baxter was arrested on Oct. 20, by Drug Task Force Investigators after a lengthy investigation beginning in April and arraigned on multiple drug charges where he was released to the supervision of probation.

At that time, he was charged for possessing 12.75 ounces of pot, 13 ecstasy pills, acid, hash and controlled prescription pills.

The investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.
