Sunshine, highs in 80s and no rain expected for St. Lawrence County this weekend

Canadian high pressure will be in control of St. Lawrence County weather today, bringing much drier conditions and a return to seasonable temperatures, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

Skies will be sunny today with a high near 81 and west winds 7 to 9 miles per hour, forecasters say.

There will be clear skies and an overnight low of 59, NWS says.

Sunday will warm up to 84 degrees with an overnight low around 62, the service says.

The next chance for precipitation arrives with an upper level disturbance late Monday night into Tuesday, with scattered rain showers expected, and a slight chance of

thunderstorms.
