Warm weather will continue this week in St. Lawrence County, but thunderstorms are possible Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
High pressure will maintain clear skies and fair weather conditions through tonight. Temperatures will be several degrees warmer today, with afternoon valley highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
A cold front will cross the area later Thursday, bringing scattered showers and a slight chance of a thunderstorm. Cooler weather will return for Friday, with a renewed threat for rain showers on Saturday.

Sunny, with a high near 78. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 55. Light south wind increasing to 5 to 9 mph in the evening.

Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 4pm. High near 69. South wind 14 to 16 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
