POTSDAM — While temperatures this morning hovered around an autumn feel of 54 degrees under cloudy skies, the National Weather Service forecasts a daytime climb to a high of around 64 later today and some sun.
Higher daytime temperatures are projected for the rest of the week with nighttime lows in the 40s most nights.
Sunday will be sunny with a high near 67 and calm winds. Nighttime conditions will be clear with lows around 46.
The temperature will climb to 74 on Monday with sunny conditions overhead during the day. The thermometer is expected to drop to 50 at night.
Tuesday and Wednesday will bring more of the same with sunny conditions and highs in the upper 70s during the day. Nighttime lows will be 55 Tuesday and 48 Wednesday.
Thursday will be somewhat colder during the day, with a high of 68, but still mostly sunny. The low overnight will be around 49.
The theme continues Friday with mostly sunny conditions during the day and a high around 69.
