STOCKHOLM -- A Stockholm woman was charged Thursday with stealing an antique bench and coffee table from her neighbor's garage, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Amanda L. Martin, 28, was charged with petit larceny following an investigation of stolen property on State Highway 420.
The value of the items stolen was estimated at less than $1,000.
Deputies said they discovered that Martin was wanted on a bench warrant in Potsdam court.
She was remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $500 bail or $1,000 bond, deputies said.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Stockholm court on the petit larceny charges.
