WINTHROP -- The Gabriel Project at St. Lawrence/St. Patrick’s Churches in North Lawrence and Brasher Falls recently received a $500 donation from the Stewart’s Shops Holiday Match Program.
The donation will aid project members in their counseling of pregnant women in the Tri-Town and surrounding areas and offering alternatives to abortion.
The project also helps supply local babies and young children with clothing for all seasons, diapers, wipes, formula, cribs and other baby and young child supplies.
The money collected through this Holiday Match Program stays in the area where it was collected and where the Stewart’s Shops are located.
