Sen. Patty Ritchie is with Ogdensburg Mayor William Nelson
OGDENSBURG -- Sen. Patty Ritchie joined community members and local leaders Saturday at the dedication of Bjork Park on the shore of the Oswegatchie River in the city of Ogdensburg.
The small park features two benches pays tribute Robert R. Bjork, a former resident of Riverview Towers.
At the event, Sen. Ritchie said the park shows how one individual, like Bob Bjork, can make a difference in his community.
