State police conducted an underage drinking initiative in St. Lawrence County on Nov. 20 resulting in three arrests for prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage to a person under the age of 21

During this initiative, of the 25 establishments and retail stores that were visited, three businesses sold alcoholic beverages to an underage operative.

Those arrests are as follows:

• Patricia D. Henry, 46, Massena; Open Net Lounge, Romeo Avenue, Massena

• Heidi A. Widmer, 38, Massena; Softails, East Orvis Street, Massena

• Shelly M. Lyons, 48, Massena; The Rusty Wheel, Willow Street, Massena

All three women were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Massena court on Nov. 25.

Listed below are the establishments that were observed following strict adhesion to the law and denied the sale of alcoholic beverages to the underage volunteer.
