GOUVERNEUR — Three Gouverneur residents were arrested Thursday stemming from prison contraband complaints first reported to state police June 13 and 14.
Julio Arias, 45, was charged with first-degree prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, officers said.
Jaquan L. Holley-Grisham, 22, was charged with first-degree prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, police said.
Edward J. Sheskier, 38, was harged with first-degree prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, troopers said.
Police listed all three subjects as held.
