OSWEGATCHIE -- Several people were injured in a boating accident reported May 28 at 10:15 a.m. just outside the city of Ogdensburg.
State police are investigating a boating accident after the vessel operated by David Larose was apparently run ashore, according to troopers.
An unknown number of passengers were treated and released from Ogdensburg hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Troopers say no formal charges have been made, but a blood sample was taken from Larose to determine if he was intoxicated. Results were not yet available, according to troopers.
