The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is hiring lifeguards for the summer season at its swimming beaches and pools.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and meet certain eligibility criteria, including passing a qualifying exam before being hired.
Pre-registration for exams is strongly encouraged.
