CANTON -- St. Lawrence University’s Noon in the Chapel concert series will continue its 2015-16 season with a musical celebration of the masters who have March birthdays. The performance will begin at 12:15 on March 11 in the Gunnison Memorial Chapel.
The concert will feature Sondra Goldsmith Proctor, St. Lawrence’s organist and musician-in-residence, playing the 1926 Estey Pipe Organ. The music will include selections from Johann Sebastian Bach, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, Alexandre Guilmant and Eugène Gigout. Laura Rediehs, associate professor of philospophy and flautist, will join Proctor during the concert.
Parking for chapel events will be in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. T
here also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
