CANTON -- The St. Lawrence University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will host an athletics vintage sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, in front of the University’s Newell Field House located off of Park Street in Canton.
The sale will include donated items from a number of St. Lawrence athletic teams, consisting of jerseys, t-shirts, flags, signage, and other assorted athletics memorabilia. Prices will start as low as $2 and there will be sizes to fit children, teenagers and adults.
All proceeds from the vintage sale will be matched by Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and donated to the St. Lawrence County Special Olympics.
The SAAC will also host a halftime event during the men’s lacrosse game against RIT, which begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday on the North Country Field. For $1, children can enter a raffle for the chance for a halftime relay shot. All proceeds will again benefit the Special Olympics.
The lacrosse game is free and open to the public.
