CANTON -- St. Lawrence University is seeking community members to participate in a “Sustainability Semester,” set to begin January 21.
The university is seeking community partners interested in the semester for an “information-sharing” meeting Thursday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m. at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Classroom, Route 68. The extension will be the site for the program.
The meeting will cover ways in which the community can contribute to the program, such as field trips to local farms or businesses, or internships. For more information visit www.stlawu.edu/news/sustainabilitysemestermeetingjan2013.html.
