St. Lawrence University was named one of the Best College Campuses in New York by Niche.com, due in large part to students who completed its survey.
This year, Niche assessed 1,713 public and private colleges and universities across the country and based their findings on key statistics and student reviews. A high ranking indicates that students are happy with the quality of campus resources and facilities and with their campus community.
St. Lawrence came in as the number three best campus in New York and received grades of A from students for its campus quality, academics, administration, food offerings and technology. Student surveys accounted for 50 percent of Niche’s ratings. Factors included were campus food, housing, the local area, safety and research.
Niche was founded in 2002 by Carnegie Mellon University students originally as CollegeProwler.com.
