CANTON -- The St. Lawrence University Music Department ensembles are accepting new members for the fall semester.
The ensembles offer a mix of music making opportunities for students, faculty, staff and members of the local community. University chorus rehearsals are Tuesday evenings, 6:45 to 9:15 p.m. in Griffiths Arts Center, Room 15. For membership information, contact Barry Torres at 229-5171 or btorres@stlawu.edu.
Rehearsals string orchestra are Wednesday evenings 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall in Griffiths Arts Center.
For membership information, contact director Chris Hosmer at cello@twcny.rr.com. Wind ensemble rehearsals are Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall in Griffiths Arts Center.
