
Those interested in St. Lawrence River water levels are invited by the International St. Lawrence River Board of Control to participate in a public teleconference Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. to discuss the regulation of outflows and water levels in the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River System.
This event focuses on current operations to regulate water levels, not the consideration of the proposed Plan Bv7.
