St Lawrence Reality Check Teens recently visited the Capitol Building in Albany where they spent an entire day in meetings with Senators and assembly members to discuss about the importance of protecting youth from tobacco. When they were not in meetings the group talked to others about “What’s in Store for Kids?”.

Shauna Rickett, middle, from Ogdensburg received an honorable mention accolade during an award ceremony in the Capitol Building. Rickett is a longtime St. Lawrence Reality Check member and has been a youth advocate for tobacco control for years.
