HAMMOND -- There are 11 Masonic Lodges in St. Lawrence County and until May of 2016 there were two distinct Masonic Districts in the county, the 1st and the 2nd St. Lawrence Districts.
At the May Grand Lodge Convention in New York City, the two districts merged into one new district, now called the St. Lawrence District.
The officers pictured above are elected or appointed by the Grand Master of New York State.
While serving in two-year terms, they are the representatives of the Grand Master or the Grand Lecturer of the State of New York.
