STAR LAKE -- St. Lawrence Masonic Charities made a donation at the Clifton-Fine Community Center Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Stephen Tharaldsen of St. Lawrence Masonic Charities gave a check for $500 to Clifton-Fine Food Pantry Director Philip Giardino.
St. Lawrence Masonic Charities raises money by two fundraisers each year, their sales of apples in the fall and citrus sales early in the year. The Masons’ annual citrus sale is on now, and closes in mid-February.
The money raised is donated across St. Lawrence County to fellow Masons and other organizations that serve the county.
