Youth from Cultivating Healthy Communities: A Coalition of St. Lawrence County attended the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America’s National Youth Leadership Initiative training in Washington, D.C. recently.
The training allowed the participants to learn new skills to help them tackle our community’s alcohol and substance abuse problems and build their capacity to foster youth leadership.
The youth also had the opportunity to educate New York State senators and congressmen on alcohol and drug issues in St. Lawrence County.
