CANTON – St. Lawrence County is switching third party administrators for its self-insured health benefits program.
The county is self insured, however its benefits are administered by a third-party. The current provider is a company known as Resolve, but the county will switch that responsibility over to Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield on April 1.
The county will hold two informational sessions for active and retired county employees on March 1 to answer questions that may arise.
The meetings will be held at the Best Western at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Anyone with questions can contact St. Lawrence County Human Resources Department at 315-379-2210.
