The following local students were named to the dean's list at Paul Smith's College during the spring 2013 semester. Each earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction:
• Jessica Eakins of Parishville, majors in baking and pastry arts. Eakins was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.
• Anastasia Hull of Madrid, majors in baking and pastry arts. Hull was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.
• Michaela Toomey of Potsdam, majors in surveying technology. Toomey was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.
• Hunter Favreau of Massena, majors in fisheries and wildlife sciences.
