St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office identifies 27th suspect in 'Operation 315' drug sting; six remain at large

St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department have arrested a Syracuse man as the 27th suspect involved in a large drug sweep known as “Operation 315.”

Nilo A. Bachiller, 26, of 164 Burger Avenue, Syracuse, is the 27th person charged in an ongoing investigation involving heroin, cocaine and guns.

He was detained by members of the Syracuse Police Department and later turned over to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

He appeared in St. Lawrence County Court Monday and was ordered held without bail.

Bachiller was charged with second-degree conspiracy, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Bachiller is alleged to have supplied narcotics to St. Lawrence County residents for re-sale.
