MADRID — Following a rash of theft from vehicles in Madrid, St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies are seeking help cracking the case.
Deputies said they have received numerous complaints over the last week regarding items missing from vehicles.
State police have also received reports of items stolen from vehicles, officers said.
The majority of the items were allegedly taken during the night from unlocked vehicles.
Anyone with information related to the thefts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 315-379-2222.
