St. Lawrence County residents are invited to participate in a telephone town hall with Congressman Bill Owens tonight at 7:30 p.m.
Owens will give a short update on events in Washington and then take live questions from constituents.
“As we head into the fall session, Congress has a lot of important decisions to make, and hearing from my constituents will be extremely helpful,” Owens said. “I encourage all who can to join me on Monday. I am looking forward to the discussion.”
A random sample of residents from every county in Owens’ 21st Congressional District will receive an invitation by telephone to participate in the conference call.
Residents may also request an invitation by:
· Emailing their name and complete phone number to ny21townhall@mail.house.gov;
· Calling the congressman’s Washington office at 202-225-4611; or
· Filling out the form at owens.house.gov/Contact/TeletownHall.htm.
