St. Lawrence County neither gained nor lost non-farm jobs in September compared to the same month in 2018.
There were 39,800 non-farm jobs in the county both last month and in September 2018, according to preliminary statistics from the Department of Labor.
DOL says Franklin County lost 200 non-farm jobs over the same period, with 18,800 last month and 19,000 the same month last year.
Jefferson County's number was also flat. DOL reports 42,500 non-farm jobs there in both September 2018 and 2019.
