21st Congressional District Republican candidate Elise Stefanik has appointed a St. Lawrence County team of military personnel and veterans to advise her campaign.
Advisory team members from St. Lawrence County are Sylvia Despaw, Dalton Foster, John McCullough, Kevin McGill, and William Murphy.
They will appeal to veterans and retirees, military members and families to hear their concerns and inform Stefanik of the issues they are facing.
“Protecting our military, our veterans and retirees, and their families is a priority for me,” Stefanik said.
Stefanik has won the endorsement of 11 of the 12 Republican County Committees in the district, and is the only Conservative Party candidate who will appear on the ballot this November.
She will face Matt Doheny of Watertown in the GOP primary June 24.
The Democrats are putting up Aaron Woolf, a documentary filmmaker from New York City living in Elizabethtown.
