Kathy Lawrence, Ogdensburg leader, was contacted by the Canadian Embassy to assist in the proper retirement and disposal of the flags.
Marilyn Paradis, of Potsdam, and Marcia Oney, of Chase Mills, led the ceremony. More than 150 scouts from St. Lawrence, Lewis. Jefferson counties attended the Fall Encampment at Camp Trefoil in Harrisville. (Photo by Barbara Iwinski)
