St. Lawrence County will most likely be wet and damp but relatively warm for the next few days.
The National Weather Service predicts clouds will continue to accumulate throughout the North Country this evening and clouds and showers are expected at least through Thursday.
But due to the cloud cover, temperatures are expected to drop only into the 50s tonight.
The weather service is forecasting clouds and above normal temperatures for the remainder of the week, with temperatures reaching into the 70s predicted for Wednesday.
Showers are forecasted for Wednesday and possibly into Thursday as well.

• Showers are forecasted for tonight before 7 p.m, then a slight chance of showers after 10 p.m. Cloudy, with a low around 53. Light east wind. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
• Showers are forecasted to continue Wednesday. Cloudy, with a high near 74. East wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
• Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday night. Cloudy, with a low around 58. Light and variable wind. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
• Showers are expected to continue Thursday, mainly before 2 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 77. South wind 5 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
• Thursday night is forecasted to be partly cloudy, with a low around 54.
• Showers are forecasted for Friday before 11 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 69. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
• Friday Night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 44.
• Saturday will also be mostly cloudy, with a high near 57.
