CANTON – A man being held in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility has been charged with felony assault after allegedly engaging in a fight that injured a corrections officer.

Nathan Corbine, 22, whose address is listed as that of the jail, was charged by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies with second-degree assault, a Class D felony.

Nathan was arraigned in Canton Town Court. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
