The St. Lawrence County Conservative party endorsed its slate of candidates for the May election, according to party Chairman Henry Ford.
They are backing Mary Lou Rupp for St. Lawrence County clerk, Wayne Ashley for Ogdensburg mayor and Jim Smith for Canton town councilman. They also nominated Martin Auffredou and Mary Farley for Supreme Court Fourth Judicial District judges.
