St. Lawrence County’s four colleges are included in a New York Times study ranking universities and colleges from around the United States for economic mobility among students.
Among those listed are SUNY Potsdam and Canton and Clarkson and St. Lawrence universities.
Factors examined include median student family income, which percentage of earners students’ families come from and percentage of students who come from poor families to become rich adults.
