St. John's Conservatory Theater in Ogdensburg preparing for musical comedy 'Twist' performances in October

OGDENSBURG -- St. John's Conservatory Theater recently cast its upcoming fall musical comedy "Twist" based on the popular Charles Dickens classic "Oliver Twist."

The show is a brand new twist on the Dickens tale with book, music, and lyrics by award-winning writer/composer Richard O’Donnell (under his pen name Brazillia R. Kreep), and will open this October for a three-week run (Oct. 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22 at 7 p.m. and matinees Oct. 9, 16 & 23 at 2 pm).

The cast includes Chris Rodriguez as Oliver Twist, Hailey Weber as Agnes Brownlow, Cole Siebels as the Artful Dodger, O'Donnell as Fagin, Angela Conzone Dwyer as Nancy Sikes, Christopher Dwyer as Bill Sikes, Shelly Murdock as Mrs. Sowerberry, Ryan Woodard as Mr. Sowerberry, Krista Kelly as Mrs. Brownlow, Angelina Schembry as Nelly, Grace Brunet as Napper, Gabby Ott as Minerva, Madison Miller as Newt, Conner Grenier as Octavius, Macy Murdock as Rip Torn, Megan Gardner as Hamstring and Jennifer Ann as Prudence.
