CANTON – St. Lawrence County has named Dylan Soper as the new Assistant Administrator.
St. Lawrence County Administrator Ruth Doyle said Soper will start May 7.
“He is from the Gouverneur area and comes to the county from 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East. He is a SUNY Potsdam graduate and a welcome addition to the administrative team at St. Lawrence County government,” she said.
“The position has been vacant since Sept. 15, 2017. It will be great to have full staff preparing for the 2019 budget process starting in the coming weeks.”
The position was previously help by Phillip Paige who is hoping to win the 118th Assembly District seat currently held by Marc Butler.
