Snow will likely continue to fall on the North Country for the foreseeable future, with snow forecasted through at least Monday.

A “weak” weather system is expected to bring snow flurries into the area Thursday night and into Friday morning, with light snow possible through Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures may reach above freezing Saturday, but are likely to turn colder early next week as “arctic air” moves into the area from central Canada, the service says.
