Snow and rain showers are likely to continue through the weekend as an upper level low crosses over the northeast, according to the National Weather Service.

Another low will likely bring more snow later next week, the service said. Temperatures will continue to be slightly above normal for the season.

Snow showers, possibly mixed with rain, are possible after 5 p.m. this evening, the service said.

Snow is expected daily though Monday.
