Canton, Potsdam and Star Lake have a slight chance of snow this evening, with the rest of the county looking at low odds of showers followed by a cloudy Saturday.
The National Weather Service says there is a 20-30 percent chance of snow tonight in Canton, Potsdam and Star Lake. Gouverneur and Massena have a 20 percent chance of showers while Ogdensburg should see increasing clouds, NWS said.
Temperatures are predicted in the mid-30s.
Saturday brings 30 percent chances of showers in Canton and a 40 percent chance of snow in Star Lake, with the rest of the county looking at clouds and temperatures in the high 40s.
Saturday night should be cloudy with temperatures dropping to the high-30s, meteorologists said.
Sunday is forecast to be mostly sunny in most communities with tempertures in the mid-40s and getting down to the mid-20s at night.

Friday night - A slight chance of rain and snow showers between 2am and 3am, then a chance of rain showers. Increasing clouds, with a low around 35. Calm wind becoming southwest 5 to 7 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Saturday - Cloudy, with a high near 49. West wind around 7 mph.
Saturday night - Cloudy, with a low around 37. West wind 5 to 7 mph.
Sunday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 46. Northwest wind 5 to 8 mph.
Sunday night - Mostly clear, with a low around 26. Calm wind.
Monday - Sunny, with a high near 54. Southwest wind 3 to 6 mph.
Monday night - Mostly clear, with a low around 40. Southwest wind around 6 mph.
Tuesday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 57. Southwest wind 7 to 10 mph.
