Meteorologists with the National Weather Service say there is a slight chance of rain in southern and central St. Lawrence County today, Saturday, with sunny days and clear or partly cloudy nights through Tuesday.

NWS has 20 percent chances of rain pegged today in Canton and Star Lake, with a mostly sunny day everywhere else and temperatures in the mid 70s. Saturday night is predicted to be mostly clear with temperatures dropping to the high 50s. 

Sunday is forecast to be sunny with temperatures in the high 70s and partly cloudy at night, returning to the high 50s.

Monday is prognosticated to be sunny in the low 80s and partly cloudy in the low 60s at night.

Tuesday brings up to 60 percent chances of rain with temps back in the high 70s.

Saturday afternoon - Mostly sunny, with a high near 76. North wind 7 to 9 mph.

Saturday night - Mostly clear, with a low around 59. East wind 3 to 5 mph.
