POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce congratulated the SLC Arts Council on their expansion of office space to the first floor of Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St.
The space is in room 124A and includes a welcoming area, two offices, conference room, and kitchenette.
The SLC Arts classrooms are still on the second floor of the building.
The ribbon cutting took place prior to their board meeting on Aug. 25.
