NORFOLK -- At least six people were injured in an accident at the intersection of State Highway 56 and State Highway 310 Saturday, according St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Kathleen Stein of Harrisville was charged with failure to yield the right of way after her vehicle was struck by another vehicle being operated by Carl Baxter of Rensselaer Falls.
Stein and her three passengers were transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Baxter and his passenger were transported to Massena Memorial Hospital.
Norfolk Fire, Norfolk Rescue, Potsdam Rescue, Massena Rescue and Seaway Valley Ambulance responded to the scene.
