PIERCEFIELD -- The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office says the victim of a Friday morning fatal car crash was Devin M. Berger, 25, of Norwood.
He was the lone occupant and driver of a car that crashed on State Route 3 in Piercefield around 3 a.m., the sheriff's office said.
There is an ongoing investigation with an autopsy scheduled for Saturday, officials said.
