PIERREPONT – The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in their investigation of a hit-and-run property damage accident on State Rt. 56 in Pierrepont Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
A vehicle traveling south near the intersection with the Russell Turnpike and County Rt. 24 went off the road and struck a pickup truck in a driveway, and the truck was pushed into another vehicle next to it, according to deputies.
Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at 379-2222 or the tip line at (800) 287-3784.
